Beautiful Eyes...Beautiful Spirit
SKYE a two year old beautiful deaf husky mix was picked up as a stray. After meeting Skye and looking into those big blue eyes, Pets with Disabilities knew immediately she needed them! They started teaching her basic hand commands, and she seems to be catching on quite quickly.
Skye is desperate to learn how to connect to the hearing world and trust human companionship. Skye's temperment is beyond awesome. She gets along with the other dogs in the rescue. Skye can be a little shy meeting new people, so she will need guardians that will continue to build her confidence and are willing to understand and meet her needs.
Please research the "husky breed" - prior to submitting an application for Skye.
