Look how CUTE I am!
Hi, yes I know, I'm the cutest Chow Mix you've ever seen. I was found wondering near a highway and luckily for me Elwood's mom stopped, picked me up and took me home so I wouldn't get hurt. She tried to find my mom and dad but no one ever came looking for me. Because I didn't have a collar and tag we think someone may have dumped me by the road and drove off. But that's OK because I am safe now.
I've been lucky to have a foster home and a warm place to rest my head every night, but I do need to find my own family. My foster mom loves me and tells me I am a GREAT dog but she has lots of other animals and, quite frankly, I need to be the "only" dog. I'm not fond of other dogs. I prefer to be the only "spoiled" dog in the house.
I get along with cats, but I do like to chase them to play. However, I'm getting bored with that now. What I need is someone who loves to kiss and cuddle because I am a BIG love bug. My favorite thing to do is put my paws around your shoulders and give LOTS of KISSES. I am housebroken, crate trained and excellent in the house. I'm not very big, just 30-35 lbs so I won't taked up much space and I'm just 2 years old so we can spend lots of wonderful years together. I love to play and go for walks however, I'm not real big on long car rides, as I am sorry to say I do get carsick. I love to sleep in bed and would love to curl up next to you. I truly am a little snuggly bear. They don't call me "HONEY BEAR" for nothing!
